Issue 2
Film star super stars!!!!
Gemma and Kerry who live at Greaves Meadow in Preston took a day out of their busy schedules to do some filming for new foundations.
They both did a fantastic job in front of the cameras.
They were interviewed on subjects like;
How long they have lived at the house
What they think of their house
What their hobbies and interests are
What work they do
Have they been on holiday
I asked them what they thought of the day
Gemma said
"It was a really fun day"Kerry said
"I would love to do it again"They were so good in front of the cameras you would think they had done it for years.
Have a look at their interviews now on the homepage of this website.Kitty Westbourne!!!!
Please join me in welcoming Emma, Louise, Lianne and Rebecca to their new home, on Westbourne Rd in Chorley.
The girls moved into their house in December, I went round to see how they were settling in, and also to look at their new pet.
Kitty Westbourne is a 9 week old kitten who i fell in love with as soon as i saw her.
She is very playful and is happy to greet anybody who visits their house.
The girls told me they have a lead for kitty and as soon as she has had her jabs she will be out and about on the streets of Chorley!!!!

Birthday card competition!!!
New foundations likes to celebrate happy occasions, and part of that is sending out birthday cards to all our tenants.
We would like you to design this years cards!!
What we are looking for is a card for ladies and one for gents.
Your job is to design either card and send it to us at new foundations
We will select 2 winners
(one for ladies and one for gents)
The design of the cards will then be used throughout the year for all our tenants to help celebrate their birthdays.
There will be a prize for the winners, which will be announced in the next newsletter.
Ideas to think about
- What colours could you use
- What message you want to put on the front
- Are you going to have a picture on the front
- What message are you going to put inside the card, are you brave enough to attempt a poem!!!
Good luck!!!!!

We have posted out a Maintenance log book to all our properties and we would like the staff to complete the log every time they call us with an issue.
